Had an incredible full body sports massage with Ta. He has an amazing technique, targeting all the right tight spots with the perfect amount of pressure. Absolutely amazing sports massage with Hana. I have had one before with someone else but Hana’s was so amazing. She initially did a posture assessment to help identify any areas I need working on. She made suggestions and asked lots of questions around my concerns. The sports deep tissue massage was tailored to me. It felt amazing and I cannot wait to maintain this treatment for really work on my tight back . Massive thank you Hana.

I had such a great experience with Charn at Healing Hands! She’s so warm and welcoming, and her space is absolutely gorgeous, clean and instantly relaxing. The name really does say it all because she definitely has healing hands! I’d had a stubborn knot in my back for months that just wouldn’t shift, and she really took the time to work on it. I couldn’t believe how much it loosened up after the massage I feel so much better for it! I would 100% recommend Charn to anyone looking for a PROPER sports massage. I just wish I lived closer so I could make sessions with her a regular thing! ❤️

I was recommended sports massage to help with a shoulder injury. Hannah listened to me about my concerns, checked in while massaging to make sure the pressure was good and that my injury wasn’t hurting. She made me feel a lot better. Got rid of a lot of stiffness from the gym too! Would highly recommend

I had another great physio session with Sally & Colm today as having massive issues with my back. As always a detailed verbal conversation was had prior to any massaging or needle work been carried out. After the 45 minute session i felt great relief & was able to straighten up the back & move more freely. Sally was direct & mentioned a few back strenghtening excerises going forward....old body, new parts needed.

Had a brilliant full body sports massage by Kelroy this evening, he started with a quick investigative questionnaire asking me if I had any particular spots that needed attention, then he went onto asses those areas, so he could choose the correct method to help stimulate. The affected areas I needed attention to. I left feeling so much more mobile and fresher.

Really great sports massage. The treatment was properly focused on the areas that were causing me issues rather than just a general massage. Great sports massage with Claire. Claire asks you at the start of your treatment if you have any niggles or areas you would like her to focus on, mine was my neck and shoulders, Claire focuses on that area also massaging the rest of the body. Claire gave me some stretches that I can do at home and I have booked my next appointment. The venue is in beautiful countryside, the treatment rooms are lovely, calm quiet and private, all the therapists are totally dedicated to providing you with treatments tailored to your individual needs. A totally five star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
