Love The Salt Room experience. A relaxing 45mins of pure zen. I generally come to clear my sinuses and to stop that pesky dry cough after a virus. However, I do like to come just to unwind as well and for that immune boost. I have been coming to The Salt Room for 15years approx and it never disappoints.

Service was good but the facilities too tried and not nice. You need to upgrade the locker rooms. Towels were not readily available in the lock room. Really need to upgrade.

Good all round. Although decor in the treatment room a little tiered & music too loud for a treatment room. My therapist Chloe was attentive and cheerful. Whole experience seemed a little rushed, probably as it was a Sunday and we all need our rest. Overall a good experience

I had my first treatment of Cavitation and Ultrasound therapy (I think that’s what it’s called) and was blown away! I lost 1.5 inches from my waist and all I did was lie down on the bed. The treatment itself felt nice and Lisa explained everything to me throughout the treatment. I’ve already booked in for more treatments leading up to my holiday.

My Experience could not have been better . I enjoyed every Moment of it . The Hotel is truly wonderful , the Garden and Swimmingpool 🏊‍♀️ stunning . The rooms and the interior Design very appealing and the breakfast delicious . I highly recommend Ubud Aura wellness sanctuary . I had two massages and both therapist had magical hands .

I had a couple of blissful facial and light therapy sessions with Amanda. My skin felt and looked amazing afterwards. I also had a combination of skin needling and the difference in my skin is beyond my expectations. Just as Amanda said it would be! 🥰 It’s such a lovely salon with a super calming vibe and a wonderfully warm welcome by Amanda, who is very knowledgeable about skin care and customer service. Great A suggestion we were starting to get cold towards the end of the mud wrap maybe warm towels should be put on the clients before the clinician leaves the room Other than that great experience 🙂

Absolutely wonderful experience! I had the Lombok Massage together with my 11-year-old daughter, and we could have our massages in the same room, which was really nice. They took great care of both of us and adjusted the pressure perfectly for my daughter, while I could enjoy the strong, firm massage that I love. Probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Vanessa was skilled to manage my frozen shoulder showed me neck stretches to help and offered recovery advise with hot and cold therapy. A really lovely kind person. Thankyou Vanessa. If she wasn’t leaving I’d be back fortnightly to see her!

I've been coming here for infrared sauna and red light therapy for over a year, and it has become a vital part of managing a chronic illness. Ellie is amazing—kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and always welcoming. As an anxious person, she made me feel completely at ease from day one, and it truly feels like a home from home. Massage by therapist was excellent.construction noises for renovation taking place on site was very distracting during the massage. As well as the room temperature - it was freezing cold.

Great sports massage with Claire. Claire asks you at the start of your treatment if you have any niggles or areas you would like her to focus on, mine was my neck and shoulders, Claire focuses on that area also massaging the rest of the body. Claire gave me some stretches that I can do at home and I have booked my next appointment. The venue is in beautiful countryside, the treatment rooms are lovely, calm quiet and private, all the therapists are totally dedicated to providing you with treatments tailored to your individual needs. A totally five star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
