Excellent 5 star treatment of fat freezing (Cryolipolysis) provided by Pam. Pam clearly explained the science behind the treatment and answered questions about what to expect from treatment. Pam is very friendly and easy to talk to which really put me at ease immediately. Pam goes the extra mile with her treatment by providing an intense deep tissue message at the end of cryolipolysis which increases the effectiveness of the treatment. I was that impressed by my first treatment that I signed up for several further treatments. Excellent price and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I went into my appointment with a slight dea of what I wanted, but Soundas completely changed my perspective. She made me realize that sometimes less is truly more, and I left feeling like an enhanced version of myself – still me, but better! I was a bit nervous about the non-invasive treatments because I have a slight fear of needles, but Soundas was incredibly gentle and reassuring throughout the entire process. The pain was barely noticeable, maybe a 2 out of 10 at most. I'm so happy with the natural-looking results and highly recommend her. Plinest eye, cheek chin and lips filler.

My appt. with Tim today was part 2 of my personal plan to wards feeling better when I have to look in a mirror- we talked about the many options ahead of time- I chose fillers this time to combat my deep laugh lines🙌. I can’t say enough about Tim’s patience, knowledge, easy going demeanor and flexibility to change up the plan as I change my mind on the areas to disburse the injections during the session! Great nails. Unfortunately when I booked the appointment I also asked for Natalia to thread my upper lip and chin. When the appointment came through it was just for nails. When I rang back on Monday there was no appointment available. Slightly disappointed. I think Aristea has difficulty understanding me. Particularly on the phone. Probably my fault because I don’t speak Greek.

I tried the No-Needle Fat Dissolve on my stomach and was surprised by how comfortable it was. You honestly don’t feel a thing, which made the whole experience stress-free. Perfect if you want a non-invasive option. I will be returning for another session asap!

Back from seeing Laura having had my filler injections around my chin and jaw areas. Fabulous experience as it didn’t hurt at all (I’m a bit of a softy!). I’ve previously had facial fillers above my cheeks, along with my lips, with Laura and knew I was in very good hands. We discussed which areas would be best for what I wanted to achieve and I’m thrilled!!! There’s no bruising whatsoever and the swelling is minimal. Really thrilled with the results already and a huge boost to my confidence!!! Can’t thank Laura enough for her gentleness, expertise and professionalism.

A really knowledgeable aesthetic practitioner who takes her time to explain treatments, how they work and how long hey typically last. This was my first visit to Jools and I quickly felt at ease and trusted her to deliver a good quality treatment. She didn’t rush the process and everything felt like a top class experience. Jooles also has a super gentle injection technique which was much appreciated. I’ve been to a few different practitioners in the area and I wish I had gone to Jooles much sooner. I will definitely return.
