Came here to get a straightening keratin aswell as a haircut, and I’m super happy with the results. Every detail is taken into consideration and treatment was done very professionally. Staff is amazing and kind. I would definitely recommend!

I’ve been to Kim a few times now, and I am always so pleased with how she does my hair. Today I had a Keratin smoothing and straightening treatment, and it’s not dramatic to say that the results are life changing. As someone who has thick frizzy hair, and has tried various other straightening techniques, this is by far the best result. I won’t need to style my hair with the straighteners for 6-9 months and it will save me so much time after washing it. Thank you again Kim x

I had a nanoplasty treatment for the first time, and I’m so happy with the results! It turned out exactly the way I wanted, even after washing my hair. Ying was so accommodating and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She patiently answered all of my questions and explained everything I needed to know about my hair. My hair is now so soft, smooth, and straight, and I’m honestly really impressed with the result. Thank you, Ying, for such a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about getting a nanoplasty treatment!

This was my second time visiting Miss Keratin Beauty Salon, and once again I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. I felt well looked after from the moment I arrived. I really appreciate Corazon’s honest advice and how she always makes sure to choose the right treatment for my hair. I’m very happy with the results, my hair feels smooth and looks fantastic. I’ve never met a piece of humidity or dampness my hair didn’t want to get frizzy for. The autumn/winter weather has been slapped back with my glossy smooth hair and, I love it. Jodee is a fab gal, and a hugely knowledgeable hairdresser. Today I had a Keratin treatment to calm my seriously frizzy hair. The price is totally acceptable. There is also a magazine to read; can't remember last time I saw one of those in a salon...thanks Jodee so much. By the way, the black bin bag hair cover to keep me dry in the rain, when leaving (the treatment of Keratin once dry should not get wet for a min of 3 days), worked a dream! Visited Su A as a first-timer and had an awesome experience. The hair studio was done up in a stylish warm minimalist vibe and I could immediately relax into the space. Su A was able to create a style I really loved with her superb cutting and layering skills. Su A was patient in hearing out my likes and dislikes in terms of style and gave great advice on hair color and styling techniques. I also enjoyed the keratin treatment that left my hair frizz free yet retaining some natural volume. I highly recommend Su A's services! Thanks Su A for the great haircut and your thoughtful gift!

First time with Emma had a keratin treatment Emma explained everything to me before and after care she was lovely even tho my treatment for the fist time was 3hrs but honestly with chatting and having coffees the time went so fast I am very happy with the outcome and looking forward to my very curly frizzy hair staying super shiny and manageable especially with this warm weather with girls who have curly frizzy hair knows what thats like will definitely bring on the sunshine Thanks Emma great job

I’m so happy I visited SU:M Hair & Spa. Zoe was genuinely so kind, patient, and easy to talk to — we connected over K-dramas, Korean actors and I felt like I was just hanging out with a friend. Elaine was incredible as always! Tried a new product on my hair as opposed to the trusty keratin treatment we have been using for the last decade and the nanoplasty result was perfect. Volume held beautifully whilst blown out, hair so shiny and soft and frizz absolutely gone. Love my hair and love Elaine! ❤️❤️❤️

So very happy with Andrew as a the treatment of nanoplasty early July, and extremely happy with the result. Normally I have curly and frizzy hair that needed styling daily but since my treatment my hair is straight and the frizz gone.
