Santana is an absolute Gem. This was only my second session with her and I honestly couldn't be happier. She knows exactly where the tension is and somehow makes all the aches just melt away. You can tell she's passionate about what she does and genuinely wants you to leave feeling your best. I walked out feeling like a new person. I’ve had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Nikki today. I booked just by chance as I had been feeling extra tension and pain in my upper back and neck. Nikki was very welcoming, talked through if I had previous massages- how I felt after them, do I have any medical conditions, it felt easy to open up to her about my conditions. My massage was tailored to my conditions, temple spa products were used which I love anyway and it was a great experience. I am looking forward to going back and hopefully having a treatment monthly.

I’ve been struggling with a lot of tension and discomfort recently, and after just one session I genuinely feel like a different person. I’ve had a lot of pregnancy massages, but this was the first time someone truly helped with my pain. She found all the right spots, and worked on them effectively! As always Elle is an amazing therapist who soothes all your aches and pains. I knew that my lower back was worse than usual and her touch was perfect and eased out all those pockets of pain and straightened out my spine and aligned my whole body. The warm bed and calm ambiance is like a huge cuddle and I relaxed after a very difficult month. I visit Zar once a week for sports massage as I am a runner and my legs get super tight. She is the only person who can successfully get into the muscles with a deep enough pressure to release them, but at the same time, has such a healing touch that the pain becomes therapeutic. Zar really picks up where the tension is lying in the body, without me even having to tell her, and she goes the extra mile to cover all body parts, even the back, because she knows the muscles are all linked. She is such a genuinely amazing person and I feel so lucky to have her as my therapist. I love this lady!

I had the most relaxing and welcoming appointment and experience with Ambee and staff at Canary Wharf. I had the most relaxing back massage with appropriate amount of pressure which addressed tension and aches and pains prior to my waxing appointment. Emma was very friendly and welcoming. I had some pain in my back and feeling my muscles being tense from work so thought I’d pay a visit. My back is feeling much better, I left feeling really good, all the muscle tension/stress has gone. During the massage, I could’ve easily fallen asleep throughout it with how relaxing it was, I had to keep myself awake. I would highly recommend and would definitely go back at some point.

Excellent experience with Adam. I have been getting treatment from October 25 for ongoing lower back pain. After it cleared up with Adam’s help I decided to make it a monthly check up with Adam to help with any issues in my back neck and shoulders to keep away the pain and tension and stay on top of things. Honestly can’t recommend Adam highly enough he does a superb job and I feel a lot better after every treatment 5*****

Excellent massage and service. Mei C was incredibly skilled. She quickly identified all my tight spots and used the perfect amount of pressure throughout the session. Excellent service - I visited with upper back and shoulder pain, along with tension headaches, likely caused by posture and working at a computer all day. The hour treatment loosened everything up and relieved the symptoms immediately. Definitely recommend!
