I booked for the Hydrodermabrasion Facial 7-1 procedure and it was the first time experiencing this facial. Klara took the time to explain what she was doing every the step of the way, and checked that I was ok throughout. I definitely recommend Klara for her expertise, knowledge and her passion for what she does. I always leave her salon feeling happy and refreshed (I have had other treatments/facials)! Looking forward to my next appointment - hot stone massage!

Comfortable and as expected . The knowledgeable that was told and given gave a feeling of ease. Jade knows her stuff. Very welcoming. The carbon doll facial was a marvellous experience, with explanations as it went on. Many different options available (not just facials) with regards to treatments. Any questions are answered and advice is given freely. I would definitely recommend having a look and getting yourself booked it. Looking forward to seeing the results (already notice a difference the day after). Thank you 😊

I have just visited Chelsea to have the PRP PLATELET RICH PLASMA (microneedling facial all natural treatment , I couldn’t be more pleased with the treatment . my face looks so much fresher and glowing already, after only one treatment. Chelsea is fantastic and so professional at what she does and is a fully qualified nurse will definitely be returning thank you xxx🤩

I had a vampire facial with Rachel and couldn't recommend her more. She was absolutely lovely, very gentle throughout the treatment, and made me feel completely at ease. She was also incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and share lots of helpful advice about skincare and different treatments. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back!

Kendyl never fails to deliver amazing facials. I've had lots of beauty therapists over the years and Kendyl is by far the best. I love her facial, neck and scalp massage - blissful. I love her products and the way she explains why she chose them and the science behind that, including her commitment to natural products without the harmful chemicals. And her clinic room is gorgeous.

Absolutely amazing service from Rachael. Three treatments in with a vampire facial and my skin has never looked as good considering I do have acne scarring and this is what I gave to her for . Already a huge improvement and I’m going to continue doing this because I believe this is the best treatment out there and she actually does care about getting amazing results for me . Never thought you could feel like you’ve had a full body massage after having one of THE MOST amazing facials I have ever had. My skin looked noticeably better. Carrie was so personable and explained each process as she went along. My husband had the headspa and facial and, let’s just say, he is still in la-la land!

I had a brilliant Brazilian lymphatic massage with Karen, I would highly recommend it. It was the perfect balance of relaxing and knowing it was doing good things to your body! I also had a microneedling facial and my skin is glowing. I had lots of questions about the best treatments to give me the results I want and Karen was so generous with her time and clearly knows her stuff. I highly recommend 😊

It’s been years since my last facial, and I’m so glad my first one after so long was with Gloss. I’ve read so many good things about their Gloss Plasma treatment and it truly lived up to the hype. I’m someone who’s afraid of pain, but this treatment was completely painless and surprisingly comfortable. My skin was glowing for days after the first session, and it looked noticeably plumper too. My esthetician, Chanel, was so gentle and experienced. I felt really pampered throughout the entire treatment.

Excellent pricing and I already see a difference after my first prp vampire facial! Only complaint is that it took about three times the amount of time as suggested, so plan accordingly!

I have been having facials for over 25 years. I had the diamond hydrofacial with Muna and have to say that this was the BEST FACIAL I have EVER had. Incredible! Skin, so soft, smooth, glowing, radiant, all pores unclogged and so relaxed and pampered by the end. You will not regret booking this.

I had an amazing experience with Natasha from start to finish. I went for the ‘Vampire Facial’. Throughout I felt cared for. Even though I can be squeamish about having blood taken, I barely even noticed it. The micro needling, although uncomfortable, was very much bearable and didn’t take too long. I was definitely a bit red the next day, so would recommend booking a day off if you have a customer facing role. I wasn’t bothered at all though, in fact it was just evidence of a successful treatment. A few days later, it’s all looking great. Can’t recommend Natasha and this treatment, enough.
