I’ve recently finished my last year of university, studying sport and exercise science BSc (hons) and hold a level 3 ITEC certificate in sports massage and offer my services from home. I’m a dedicated sports therapist with a passion for all things sport and health. I offer personal sports therapy sessions tailored to meet the needs of both athletes and non athletes. Whether you need a postural reset due to having a sedentary based job or whether you have suffered a sporting injury, a sports massage is for you!
