I specialise in manual lymphatic drainage, integrated bodywork and restorative massage, combining degree level anatomy and physiology knowledge with a personalised approach to every treatment. No two bodies are the same, so no two treatments should be either. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, feeling overwhelmed by stress, struggling with hormonal changes or simply taking time to look after yourself, every appointment is tailored to you.
