If you no show for your appt you will be charged full service price. Once you arrive, it's an industrial building. If the gate is open, Park in the lot. Text us that you have arrived and wait in your car for a text to walk to the door. If taking Uber, text 5 minutes before you arrive so we can arrange to have the door open for you.
