All colour services including highlights require a valid patch test. If you are a new client this needs to be carried out at a minimum of 48 hours before your colour.If you havent had your colour done with us in the last 6 months you will need another. With out this your appointment will be cancelled. If in the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with your results a complimentary adjustment is available within 2 weeks.
