We provide 1-1 personal training, small group PT & sports massage therapy under one roof. A sports massage could be the missing component to your routine. Sports massage therapy has been proven to release and reduce tension in muscles, improve circulation, encourage the removal of waste products such as lactic acid (built up during high intensity activity), and can help to relax the body.
