As a Registered Massage Therapist with a background in physiotherapy, I specialize primarily in therapeutic massage. I also enjoy combining effective therapeutic techniques with elements of relaxation, helping you feel better while giving your body and mind time to unwind. An individualized approach is very important to me. I take the time to listen carefully to each client’s needs, concerns and treatment goals so that every session is personal, thoughtful and focused on what your body needs most.
