HiFoxy Beauty is a lash and brow studio in Ballston, one block from the Metro. We’re known for brows: lamination, mapping, sculpting, and tint, built around your bone structure rather than a template. We also do classic through mega volume lash extensions, lash lifts, and Korean lash lifting. Beyond that, we offer permanent makeup and powder brows, performed by a Virginia-licensed Master Permanent Cosmetic Tattooer. Small team, unhurried appointments, and a menu we’ve kept short on purpose. Every service is done properly or not at all.
