Great - Now that I have full control of the lights. Red is not my colour (unless it's IR). As with the Audio - it's cool that you provided me with a speaker, despite the Sauna Audio System not working as intended, other IR Saunas do have Bluetooth capabilities (unless your are at a 1980s venue). I would bring my Bose Speaker (placed outside of the sauna) - but nobody (except me) wants deep bass, even if it's a Sauna Playlist and believe me, the sound waves will travel outside the suite.

We did a combination of treatments and each one was sensational! Infrared sauna & ice bath followed by the hydrotherapy massage and floatation tank! The relaxation room is calm, quiet and restorative :-)

​Had an incredible first experience at Breathe WRL! The 30-minute private sauna was exactly what I needed. They provide everything from towels and robes to a private shower after your session. Super friendly staff, easy booking process, and I left feeling totally recharged and relaxed. Well worth every cent—I'll definitely be incorporating this into my regular training! Loved using my Christmas present today. 1 hour floatation tank and infrared sauna 😊 Both experiences were really nice and relaxing! Ive been wanting to do the floatation tank for a long time and now I have. Very relaxing to just rest and let go for an hour! Highly recommended 💯

J’ai adoré mon gommage marocain avec Yasmina ! 🥰 Elle m’a tout de suite mise à l’aise et j’ai vraiment passé un super moment. Je suis ressortie tellement propre, fraîche et détendue ! Gros coup de cœur pour la brume florale qu’elle utilise à la fin, j’ai tellement aimé que j’en ai acheté une 😍 Petit conseil : pensez à prendre des sous-vêtements de rechange pour le sauna, j’aurais aimé le savoir avant. Native Plant Spa is truly a little oasis in the middle of Taos. I did the stone and herbal ritual with a friend, and it was such a special experience. I usually can only tolerate steam saunas for 5–10 minutes, but with the herbs I was able to stay for 15–20 minutes—and my lungs felt incredibly soothed afterward. I loved the rhythm of moving between the hot stone bed, sauna, and tub. Ella has created such a peaceful, intentional space, and finishing with delicious chai and energy balls was the perfect touch.

The whole experience was lovely. Only negative would be that the massage seemed to lack flow compared to others I’ve had, with 90% of the time being spent on my upper back despite asking for full body. The sauna after was great and the little chocolate a great touch 🫶🏻

Really good experience....Grwat to have this option at the hotel... Only thing I could suggest is having some water or a water station available especially coming out of the sauna but otherwise really enjoyed it

Myself and my husband's first time in the cryo chamber and sauna. Got to be said from start to finish we were We'll looked after. We were talked through everything from start to finish. Made to feel so welcome by the staff. Felt so refreshed and rejuvenated after our treatment. We've already booked another session. I'd highly recommend visiting the cold room to discuss the most suitable treatment for you.

I've been using the private infrared sauna at The Shape Spa for about a month now, and it's become a real highlight of my week. The place is always clean, the staff are friendly every time I come in, and having the sauna completely to myself makes it so relaxing. It's my time to unwind and reset without any distractions. Worth the price. Very affordable for solo travelers like myself who love the Isle of Wight and were looking for an affordable spa. I know that this is a hidden gem, but I have to tell all my friends about this spa. I know there were predominantly couples, but I'm ok with that, haha. I had a wonderful time and the staff were lovely, especially that bubbly lady at the desk. When I'm coming back to the Isle of Wight, I'll definitely book this spa as a mini treat. :) I felt so happy that I spent my time at this spa, it was relaxing. I'd just mention, could the steam room be more steamy? 100%."

We love going to Sauna collective! The 2 sauna rooms are great and it's great to have indoor room to change which I have never seen at other saunas, the view is so soothing and beautiful and the team always so lovely and welcoming!

It was amazing, so nice and clean and the sun light dappled through the trees was lovely to look at when we were in the sauna. Then when we were in breaks you could hear the birds and watch them through the trees. We will be back

We had an amazing, visit. We did the hot /cold package. The sauna was the hottest (which I love) then most saunas we've experienced. The cold buckets in the shower are a great touch. The relaxation of the hand and foot massage was a great distress! And finished off with the salt cave, and fell asleep lol Would recommend for sure! Great to do with a friend or couples!!!

My sports massage with Lobsang last night was so nourishing and a little painful! My body feels really flexible. Lobsang did an analysis on my functional movement then set to work on the areas that needed attention. I've already booked for next month. I had a long sauna prior to my massage, which was so good for my mind and body to prepare for the massage.

Started with the steam room - wow, how good!!! I then had the most amazing Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage massage with Leo. She is an absolute goddess - the pressure was perfect and I walked away feeling so relaxed but revitalised! Thank you so much. Highly recommend.
