I had the Basic Head Spa treatment in the new Wellness Tower and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Liana carried out the treatment and was lovely throughout—friendly, professional, and very attentive. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and the facilities in the new Wellness Tower were excellent. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning.

Yesterday was my first visit to Sune Wellness Spa, but it definitely will be my last. I have had many facials and the one that I had at Sune was among one of the best. I also had my first head spa treatment and let me just say that it was nothing short of amazing. My technician for both services was Fatima who did an absolutely wonderful job with both. I have already booked my next appointment and am most definitely looking forward to it.

I had such a wonderful head spa treatment at Hayato. Chiaki was absolutely fantastic — professional, attentive and incredibly skilled. She made the whole experience feel so relaxing from start to finish, and I left feeling completely refreshed. A genuinely lovely treatment and excellent service. I would definitely recommend her and will happily return!

My daughter had a wonderful experience with Yumena. She absolutely loved her head spa treatment and was delighted with her haircut. Yumena was lovely, attentive and professional, and made the whole experience really enjoyable for her. She left extremely happy with both the treatment and her new haircut. We would highly recommend Yumena and will definitely be back!

This was my first visit to The Wellness Barn and what a lovely place it is! The Barn is warm and welcoming, customer service is outstanding and the refreshments post massage are a really nice touch. I had a wonderful intuitive massage with Dee. I loved how prescriptive this treatment was focusing on my neck, back, shoulders and head as my problem areas. Dee was so attentive and ensured she worked over areas that needed it the most. The head and scalp massage she included were definitely the best I’ve ever had! Thank you ladies, I’ll most definitely be returning. Such a wonderful place 💖

Jenna did my full body massage & facial, I cannot understate how amazing she was and how good the experience was. It was personal, mindful, intimate and considered. She took the time to discuss skin concerns and to look at my skin under a light before determining products. She didn’t feel rushed or timed, I could have been on that bed for 2 hours for all I know and every moment was absolute bliss. She flowed between massage and facial seamlessly so it felt like an all inclusive service rather than one & then the other. I highly recommend Jenna for your future beauty & wellness services!

Alex is the Queen of Brows! This is the first time I’ve had anything done to my brows and she was amazing. Alex took the time to talk me through the various options, what they each involved, maintenance that would be needed and listened to exactly what I wanted. I had a soft lamination with tint done and they are perfect, I couldn’t be happier. The setting at Waterloo Wellness is a gorgeous, calming and welcoming.
