From start to end everything was amazing. The ambience is everything! The stylist???? Omgggg literal perfection! She actually cares about her customers and the keen attention she pays to your hair is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. From assessment to recommendation for my hair. She raised the bar to a whole different level. I’ve never experienced such great service. I have thick hair (4c) and I did a wash and wig install, she was so gentle from beginning to end. Triana was honest professional and prompt with my hair appointment. I was very happy with weave Unfortunately due to my thin sensitive hair the install i chose was a little heavy . But I will definitely be back maybe for a wig install instead.
