She was amazing from the minute I walked in the door. Explained everything to me thoroughly and really gave that personal touch that shows she cares. I only had a patch test and consultation, but I felt comfortable enough to book my treatment the same day. So far I highly recommend!

So happy to recommend Joey Galvin. I’ve really struggled to find a hairdresser that really understands exactly what I need (and I’ve tried a few). I had an initial consultation with Joey a couple of weeks ago and Joey understood exactly what I needed. Today Joey waved his magic wand at me and absolutely nailed the brief. Thank you so much Joey. Lydia was fantastic! During my consultation we discussed what I was trying to achieve. Lydia listened, gave me advice about the best thing to do with my hair. Then during my appointment she explained every stage to me as we went along. Very professional! And I’m absolutely delighted with the results and have my hair confidence back again! Feder is absolutely amazing! From the moment you meet him, you feel comfortable opening up and know you’re in good hands. He’s incredibly communicative, knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does, and the results were exactly what he described during the consultation. The whole environment is calm, welcoming and relaxing, and you truly feel like you’ve spent your money well. He takes the time to understand exactly what you want and makes you feel confident throughout the whole process. I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough!

I was made to feel very welcome. Stephanie did a consultation and advised me to go for highlights instead of just a toner. I’m so happy I went with her advice as I love the result. She also helped me find the treatment list for the beauty salon that has just moved upstairs . A great experience thank you so much . See you again soon x

I had such a lovely experience with Diane at Need a Hair Makeover. I originally went in planning to have balayage, but after a great consultation, I decided to go for a full head colour instead due to some discolouration from the sun. Diane really listened to what I wanted and the result was fantastic! I’m so pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend her. Thank you, Diane! ✨

Laura was wonderful, very friendly and explained what she was applying to my skin and my scalp throughout the treatment. We did start about 10 minutes late and she ended about five minutes early. Making my total treatment, including a consultation, time to disrobe and then robe again after the service 75 minutes versus 90 minutes.

I had a really good experience with David. Before starting, he took the time to sit with me and understand what I had in mind for my hair, rather than jumping straight into the haircut. He patiently answered all my questions, never made the consultation feel rushed, and made sure we were on the same page throughout. And he definitely has a way with hair! I absolutely love how my haircut turned out and really appreciated how thoughtful and comfortable he made the whole experience.

Loving my extensions, Katie is an absolute perfectionist 👌 I’ve had a few appointments now with Katie from my very first consultation which was great, she informed me of what to expect, management of having the extensions and also giving me the perfect colour match. Since having them fitted I’ve been for two refits. All my appointments have been great, such a lovely environment and not to mention how at ease Katie makes you feel. Always lots of chats and laughs ❤️ would highly recommend Katie to anyone thinking of an appointment.
