I met Anna three weeks ago for my first Birth Chart and a Reiki session. A week after, I joined the Cosmic Clarity Mentorship plan, and it is a wonderful experience. Her place is cozy, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Anna is incredibly kind and creates a supportive, uplifting atmosphere. I couldn’t make it to her place for our monthly coaching session, so we did it online. Even then, Anna made me feel comfortable, positive, and supported.

I can’t put into words how grateful I am to Sam. I have just had the most incredible hot stones massage! I can only describe it as otherworldly. I felt so relaxed that I reached a meditative state and I can honestly say I am healing from the inside out and the outside in. The coaching I have had from Sam over the last few months has helped my nervous system to come out of danger mode and I felt the difference throughout my massage today. I was able to be in the moment and completely let myself relax properly - for the first time in a very long time. 💚💚💚

I have only been working with Connor for a short while, but in that time, I have made real progress! I now have a well structured routine for the morning and the evening that means I can start and end my day in a calm and balanced frame of mind 😊 Throughout, Connor has been kind, understanding, and insightful, whilst also holding me fully accountable. For the first time in a long time, I am feeling hopeful that there are ways for me to manage my adhd that work with my brain rather than against it, and I can't wait to see where this coaching journey with Connor will take me!

I had my first coaching call with Hannah today and I came away feeling inspired, energised and ready to make a clear plan. After feeling lost in which direction to take my business and following Hannah on socials for a while, I took the leap and I’m so glad I did as I now have some clarity to make a start. Kirsty is amazing, I always feel better after having a session with her. The Reiki healing and sound bath is amazing 👏 and I have started doing the coaching which has been so good. Couldn't recommend her enough. Definitely worth it. Things have changed so much now. I have an amazing job that I really enjoy.

Great coach! Continuous improvements being made week after week. Small adjustments to form, coaching on correct techniques and providing me with confidence to perform different movements and lifts to keep me improving in my sessions with Byron and those in the gym on my own. Assistance and support in learning and identifying the elements that are helping me to progress and those holding me back. Each session is bespoke to help me achieve my own personal goals with the recognition that these change over time and training is also updated to reflect this. Throughly enjoying my training now!

I had an online tarot reading and coaching session with Cara, and it was an amazing experience. She’s incredibly intuitive and supportive, and her insights felt spot on. Nic is so knowledgeable and amazing at what she does. She revived my post holiday dehydrated skin and suggests what would help with products absorption. Her treatments are amazing and I always have a really relax and good night sleep straight after. Thanks Nic for another amazing facial xx
