I must admit I was very nervous before my appointment silly really as Shannon has waxed & tinted my brows for ages & I completely trust her, but having now had Brow lamination & Hybrid tint I absolutely love my brows, if your thinking about it just do it! Shannon explains everything she’s about to do and I was so relaxed having them done I almost fell asleep!! (Until the waxing!) thank you Shannon

She always makes me feel completely comfortable and at ease, and her attention to detail is unmatched—she is so thorough every single time. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my waxing now.

It was my first time ever getting waxed, and I was a little nervous, but Olivia at The Wax Club was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so relaxed from the moment I walked in, and we chatted the whole time, which really helped take my mind off it. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience so much more comfortable than I expected. I couldn’t have asked for a better first waxing experience. I’ll definitely be back!

First time to get my privates waxed and I'm glad that there's Amita to do it. She's considerate and the entire process was done smoothly (there's a bit of pain but it was manageable). I'll definitely come back for regular waxing.

My waxed experience was great . Yes waxing is painful but her wax was not like the rest 4/10 for pain 10/10 for service. Deff my new wax lady . She gets the job done ✅

This was the best waxing experience I’ve ever had. After not having waxed for 10 weeks being postpartum, I was anticipating it to be painful and to have to do a couple sessions to get the hair off. But Jessica did the best job ever - it was barely painful and I look like a brand new lady. To top it off, Jessica was super friendly and made you feel comfortable and relaxed. Thanks so much!

Hollie was great at waxing all intimate areas and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. The worst part was my legs being waxed but I was more worried about the Brazilian!

Today was my first time visiting Phoenix Salon and I had such a lovely experience! I treated myself to waxing, a pedicure and beautiful gel nails. 💅✨ Poppy was absolutely amazing and made the whole experience so nice and relaxing. Thank you so much for a lovely pampering morning i feel very fresh and happy :) i had my eyebrows tinted and waxed, a full pedicure with gel polish finish, hand nails with gel finish and full body hot stone with indian head. All worked so hard with what i wanted best place ever thank you.

Cat is great I wouldn't go anywhere else to be waxed now. She listens to what you want, any skin irritations etc and adjusts accordingly

I love coming here for my eyebrow treatments and waxing services—they’ve been my go-to for ages now! The team is so friendly, professional, and always make me feel welcome and at ease. Ot was a great experience. You can tell they enjoy their work i loved their attention to detail to waxing. I usually go elsewhere but they paid more attention to my session compared to me gping elsewhere. Im considering becoming a regular :)

What a lovely gem. Very comforting and calming environment, very lowkey. If you’re not looking for a corporate or high-end spa experience, but rather a professional, clean, and homey environment - I think you will love this. I had my first waxing appointment with Erin who was an absolute doll. She is very skilled and knowledgable, friendly, professional, and made me very comfortable. She respected my need for breaks and always checked in regarding pain tolerance and management. Genuinely looking forward to coming back, and next time indulging in more treatments.
