My 2nd time..will be more! Good service..they served free tea at Qaarya cafe right infront of the spa after massage and the most important is..the masseuse is very professional and the massage super duper good! Her name is Ms.Yuyun. She is a superb masseuse. Thanks TheRuumaSpa! Such a good place!alhamdulillah.

Sense of Solis is a beautiful space and is just as you would want it. Quiet, stylish and private. The infrared sauna provided all the benefits I was hoping for.

Love the infrared sauna…… just wished that I lived closer so I could use it more frequently. Lovely and clean, fresh towels and skincare/ body products to use after, are a bonus!

I had a wonderful experience at Recovery space, it is a very pristine and private environment where I was able to relax. I am a regular at Joint Space but this was my first visit to recovery and I'd like to visit at least once a week! I had the contrast therapy (ice bath + infrared sauna) and I feel amazing, cleansed, light and relaxed after. Would highly recommend!

Me and my partner visited for our anniversary. Customer service was fantastic. Greeted on arrival, everything was explained well. We both really enjoyed the red light therapy and the infrared sauna. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because I couldn't enjoy all of it due to my size. I don't think the leg pressure pads were aimed at larger people and the zips opened as the pressure increased. Please don't let this take away from the place though, definitely worth a visit if you are looking to recharge your batteries

Felt great after my infrared sauna session as always! Just one thing to note, I attended to take advantage of the 10th anniversary discount, and the promotional email mentioned that a few different freebies would be distributed during the day. However, the receptionist didn't offer me anything - I had to ask myself - and only got given a Loco Love chocolate (still fun but just a bit misleading!)

A new favourite … second time this year. Great vibe and wonderful massage. Had the infrared sauna before the massage which was a great add on. Worth a visit.

I've been coming here for infrared sauna and red light therapy for over a year, and it has become a vital part of managing a chronic illness. Ellie is amazing—kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and always welcoming. As an anxious person, she made me feel completely at ease from day one, and it truly feels like a home from home. The facilities are lovely and relaxing, and the treatments have been incredibly beneficial. I can't recommend Ellie and her business highly enough.

I’ve been coming for a while now and I love the experience, the reset and relax I get from the hot infrared sauna and the lovely staff. But please fix the seal on the door, as it reduces the heat in the pod and I have to keep pulling it shut tight! Which is a bit frustrating.

We did a combination of treatments and each one was sensational! Infrared sauna & ice bath followed by the hydrotherapy massage and floatation tank! The relaxation room is calm, quiet and restorative :-)

Loved using my Christmas present today. 1 hour floatation tank and infrared sauna 😊 Both experiences were really nice and relaxing! Ive been wanting to do the floatation tank for a long time and now I have. Very relaxing to just rest and let go for an hour! Highly recommended 💯

Best sangat! Saya ambil pakej kuntum. Ada infrared sauna, scrub dengan massage. Ya Allah tak menyesal. Memang berbaloi. Urut pon berasa. Insha-Allah ada rezeki repeat lagi.

Beautiful space and easy to book, there were some features I couldn’t figure out how to use but I’ve never used a sauna before so I’ll ask next time! Can’t wait to book again soon and tell my family about it so they can experience an infrared sauna too, 10/10 self care must do

Beautiful high end space with luxurious facilities and products for the Infrared sauna. The staff were friendly and helpful which made the whole experience a delight. Highly recommend and great value compared to other infrared saunas I’ve used.

Perfect from start to finish. I had a head in the clouds massage. So relaxing with beautiful smelling oils . Finished off with the infrared sauna which was absolutely perfect. Lovely friendly ladies . Will definitely be returning xx
