Her energetic personality and fun music create a lively, motivating environment that makes exercising enjoyable. I celebrated my 50th Reformer Pilates class with the incredible Nastachia today. 🤍 From day one, she's been my biggest motivator, constantly encouraging me to push a little further while reminding me to enjoy the journey. Every class is different, every challenge is rewarding, and every session leaves me feeling stronger than the last. Jeremiah is an excellent coach. His knowledge and experience about physical fitness and nutrition can help you achieve your goals. I’ve been working with him for 3 weeks and the process of exercising along with eating correctly and exercising on none training days is working! Meg is highly knowledgeable and really good at her job. She makes you feel at ease and really targets exercises tailored for you whilst challenging you at all times. Feel so strong after the sessions and taller when I walk out the door. I highly recommend Meg at MB Coaching

Explanation step by step was helpful to understand and prepare for the feeling. The exercises to execute during the EMS were not to strenuous. The atmosphere in the establishment gives the gym feel without the big crowd, a relaxing feel.

Excellent service from Rico, called me the day before the appointment to get the full history of my injury and amended the apportionment time to work better around my training. Was thorough and I left feeling improved mobility of my shoulder, and with some exercises to improve range of motion. Highly recommended, thanks again.

If you want any kind of fitness help, this is your place. I’ve done lots of training with Nina over the years but having had a recent operation I flung all my physio and consultant advice at her and she designed a session to incorporate everything and help me get the most/best out of exercises. Not many people could do what she did. If you’re hesitant-stop and just purchase. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Greisy is an exceptional personal trainer. She completely transformed my approach to fitness. She designs a customized, challenging workouts for me and what I need that constantly push my limits while ensuring my form is absolutely perfect. I’ve been working with Genesis for over a year and truly can’t recommend her enough. She always makes workouts fun, listens to my body, checks in about any injuries or things I’m struggling with, and tailors every workout to what I need. I love that she pushes me to get stronger while still honoring the work I’ve already done. She recently added Pilates classes, which I absolutely love, and her space is beautiful too. She’s knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about her clients. I’m so grateful I found her!

We both myself & my son can't thank Byron enough for the help he's given my son Kyle. Not long ago my son couldn't walk less than a 10 minute walk from the train station to Unit7 without getting out of breath having to sit down at least 4 to 5 times before arriving the gym. The present moment only 7 months forward my son yesterday smashed his session outside with Byron pushing Kyle to his limits till he had nothing left in the tank. Was totally in shock that my son did 5 sets different exercises one after the other in each set, the strength stamminer & confidence in my son thanks to Byron...

Un très beau moment de détente entre les mains de Justine ! Le soin du visage était à la fois agréable et profondément relaxant. Justine est douce, attentive et prend le temps de donner de précieux conseils adaptés à nos besoins. Le cadre est magnifique, calme et apaisant, ce qui permet de déconnecter pleinement! J'ai également découvert ses cours de pilates, qui sont très bien expliqués et Justine est toujours présente pour corriger les postures si besoin. Merci pour ces beaux instants et à bientôt ! 😊

I’ve been working with Wonie (Youngmin) since 2025, and it has been an incredible experience! She has been incredibly friendly and welcoming from day one. What I appreciate most is how attentive she is to my individual needs and specific health concerns: she always makes sure the exercises are tailored perfectly and safely for my body. Wonie has a unique talent for making pilates both fun and challenging. I always walk out of the studio feeling great. I cannot recommend Wonie enough!

I’ve been attending classes here for the past few months, and my experience has been extremely positive. The classes are always adapted to my body’s needs and previous injuries, and I always feel safe and well looked after. The instructor is kind, highly knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. Pilates has become my peaceful hour each week—a chance to slow down, reconnect with myself, and escape the stress of everyday life. I’ve noticed improvements in my posture, my body feels much more relaxed, and even my mood has improved a lot. Highly Recommend!
