My 1st visit today for a mani pedi today. I was planning on getting Biab on my nails however when Alla took my existing biab off she realised I had damage on my thumb nail where water had got in. When she removed the biab from my other nails she realised they had the signs of the same thing starting. She cut my thumbnail down as much as she could and advised only using normal nail polish. I really appreciated her honesty and advice as I had got my nails done a few weeks ago in another salon & nothing was mentioned plus they went ahead with the biab. I will definitely be back. I had a really lovely experience with Hafsa. She was welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I immediately felt comfortable discussing my concerns with her. The consultation was thorough and she took the time to listen, explain everything clearly and discuss a treatment plan tailored to my needs. Great experience, learn so much on the consultation...suffering from chronic illness and implemented few advices straight away, following the meal plan and physical activities and for the first time 6 days in a row living without taking painkillers. It's mind blowing! Thanku Gabriella!

Jennifer took the time to ask questions before making any cuts which I really appreciated. She was very knowledgeable and explained why she was recommending certain techniques for my hair. I have lots of breakage and her advice made perfect sense. Two days later my hair still looks great and I haven’t even washed it yet! I’m very happy with the results so far and would definitely recommend her

Lauren is absolutely lovely. She made me feel reassured, comfortable, and fully informed about my treatment options. I never felt under any pressure to make an immediate decision, and she provided such an honest and thorough assessment that I actually decided against the treatment I had initially chosen in favour of an option that would be more beneficial in achieving my goals. I’m so pleased with the advice I received from Lauren. She has definitely gained a new customer, and I’m really looking forward to returning for my first treatment!

My 3rd treatment today in my plan. Zed was amazing as usual. Also feel at home. Welcomed with a big smile 😀 Everything explained and checks in regularly to see how the infusion is going and if I am still comfortable. Hot drinks and cold drinks offered. A fan in the pod if needed which is a nice touch in this recent heat wave. Spoke about a retest of my blood work and a possible membership scheme for ongoing health optimising. Thank you so much Zed
